Personal Growth With Time Management Skills is a great combination to add. This feels especially good at the end of the day. You sit down, start to go over what you did for the day. Of course your going off or your list but you know it just feels good. Combining both my personal development along with working off of my list I feel I have done more at the end of the day. I like to add this to my personal development goals and eat that frog. It can take time but its to develop Personal Leadership!
Eat That Frog
The phrase "Eat That Frog" has a lot of meaning with personal growth and with your time management skills. Especially with time management. Brain Tracy came up with the phrase "Eat That Frog"! If the first thing we did each day when we woke up was eat that frog we would be ahead of most. Procrastination can stretch things out to long. Usually with things that have the greatest impact take the most time. For some reason we put these things off. With personal growth you are always working of of a "to do" list. We start off our day with our hardest task usually the one that can help us the most and we do that very first thing. We eat that frog as Brain Tracy said.
Doing this with my personal growth with time management skills has freed up a lot of my time during the day to be able to do other things. With my business and making money online by working with personal development and time management skills my day is done usually around 11am. It might be like now it's 2:41 and I am working on this post. The time spent throughout the day on my money making activities totals only a couple top a few hours per day.
Personal Growth With Time Management Skills
Create long term goals
Break the long term goals down into weekly goals that will help you achieve your long term goal.
Last but not least is create your daily goals that will help you reach your end of the week goals.
I suppose like anything else especially with personal growth though is first having an end point in mind. Something you want to reach or an end result. It's so easy today to let our electronic devices control us and take away our freedom. Please do not misunderstand me having these gadgets are very efficient and good but we need to have a balance.
In conclusion for now I wanted to share the great feeling it provides with personal growth with time management skills on with when you eat that frog and work off your list you free your whole day up. Everything else you do is secondary at that as for as personal growth and making money goes.
So what does this personal development and such do today in 2021 and was it worth it! Great question to ask. You know I wouldn't take it back for a second. This knowledge of growing your mind and setting goals and reaching them is kinda like a foundation for everything that you do. Does not matter if it's cutting and cleaning up the yard, working online, just to be a good person around others but having this stuff of personal development today in 2021 I feel makes you think better and as a result your actions are going to be a little different therefore the end result is going to be different and that's for the better mind you. Am I at the top of my game? Not yet. Certain areas I need to work on to really reach the summit but all this personal development as been wired into me. Always having a vision for a goal or an end point.
What Does All This Personal Development And Such Do?
I have always wanted to take care of myself financial and not be tied to a job and I I stuff with the stock market, affiliate marketing online and other self things. I even cut grass for a little while. No profit margin with just cutting grass but because of the personal development and growing my mind and what is does is allows me to go about it a certain way I suppose. It's easy to get somewhere if you have a person or persons who have done it before and are successful and we find that person and simply copy what they are doing. I notice that they all set goals and daily plans to reach those goals and they are always involved in personal development of some kind.
Setting goals
Having daily plans to reach those goals
You need a timeline on your goals
"Eat that frog"
By spending your time thinking like this it programs your mind over time. Eventually you will find yourself not being able to not do them. I still watch videos by people like Tony Robbins which is one of my favorite along with Jim Rohn, Brian Tracy, Earl Nightingale. Those are some of my all time
favorites. This is what motivated me in my quest for this stuff. What it has done for me personally is worth a thousand words. Personal development is a full time job and needs to be worked on all the time.
So how does one start in this quest to make his or hers life better? Start by writing it down. Write your goals down on paper and not just typing them out online. Something happens when you write it down. The make sure you do something everyday to work on reaching your goals and remembering to work on it when challenges happen. Is it a challenge or is a it a problem? To repeat find somebody that is doing it already. I laugh when I listen to local business owners how with one business their business is down and they are talking about closing while I speak with the other pizza joint down the road and their business is doing extremely well. The difference between the two always comes down to their marketing or branding for that matter. One business is word of mouth and they rely on the phrase "If you build it they will come" You know the one I'm talking about in that movie "Field Of Dreams" with Kevin Costner. That doesn't work with business online or off.
What Does All This Personal Development And Such Do only works if you disciplined yourself. That's were the phrase "Eat That Frog" comes in. Do not procrastinate on your goals. Start off with the biggest thing for the day first and usually that is the one thing that you do that will get you the most results and do it and check it off your list. That along helps personal development and grows you for the future.
What Does All This Personal Development And Such Do?
Only if we can see changing the future outcome one day at a time to reach a goal and being able to get through all the challenges that are going to come to the front as soon as we set that goal. I suppose in a way we can and that is why we set goals. We see a future outcome that we are seeking to bring into a reality. We might have a goal say to earn a certain amount of money by a certain time frame. We then break that vision down into say weekly steps to get there and then breaking those weekly steps down into daily steps to reach those weekly goals and working from that vision backwards. Changing the future outcome one day at a time based on our actions. We are always working on our goals one day at a time. Of course to do this we need to have goals. Write your goals down on paper and always have a deadline. If you don't meet your goal at your deadline no big deal. You keep going.
The neat thing for us entrepreneurs today is pretty much everything we want to achieve has been accomplished in one way or another. We find these people who broke the barrier and are successful and we copy what they did to get there. No need to reinvent the wheel. The first part of reaching that future outcome on day at a time to reach a goal is setting of the goals and learning how to break those goals down into steps in order for us to reach the future outcome one day at a time.
Changing The Future Outcome One Day At A Time
So first we need to have or see a vision in the future. That goal may be to lose ten pounds or increase our earnings or really anything we want. After we have that vision that we want to reach we then find people who have already done it in the same thing or something familiar. Once we find them we need to find what they did, how or what is their thinking then they did this. See they have already created the roadmap for us and once we find that map and get there we can put our own personality on it giving it our own stamp so so speak. Reaching that goal one day at a time. Again that is one this they all in common is the goal setting part. Take your time when setting and creating your goals. Find successful people who have already done it and copy what they do.
Setting Goals
Having a time frame to reach our goal is a important step. This gives the mind a time frame to work towards and helps with the discipline to to do what we need to do to reach that future vision or outcome. Writing it down on paper is very good to and I believe that hot wires it in our brain and will help to reach that goal with what we need to do one day at a time. Each day has it's own anxieties. That's why we take it one day at a time. Having a goal further down the road is a direction we can work towards. I like the saying that the same wind blows on us all but its the setting or our sale that determines where we end up.
